Spicy Cupcakes with Honey
140gr melted butter
1½ dl brown sugar
3½ dl flour
3/4 dl honey
1 tsp allspice
2 slightly whipped eggs
24 almonds for decoration
Set your oven on 180°C. Prepare 24 cupcake papers. While melting the butter on low temperature add sugar, and honey and mix in the same time.When mixed well take the pot off the heat. Add the flour and allspice into the butter mixture and mix well. At last add the eggs and mix until you get a smooth batter. Use a spoon to fill the cupcake forms and put one almond on each cupcake (in the middle). Bake the cupcakes for 20-25 or until they get a golden surface. When out let the cupcakes to cool for a few minutes before you serve them.
