Fluffy Vanilla Cupcakes
(10-12cupcakes)
That is a perfect mixture I use every time I make vanilla cupcakes. The outcome is always perfect and sometimes better than expected. Try it out with different fillings and share your opinion!

What you need :
4dl flour
3dl sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (bakpulver)
1/2 teaspoon salt
100g butter (room temperature)
2dl milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
Set your oven at 175°C. Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and butter (melted) in a bowl.
In another bowl mix the eggs, milk, and vanilla sugar. Add the egg mixture into the butter mixture and stir well. Divide the mixture into your cupcake papers. Bake for 20-25 minutes. (till they are golden)
Vanilla Frosting:
What you need:
2 dl soured cream/ creme fraiche
2teaspoons vanilla sugar
1/2 dl powdered sugar
Whip all the ingredients well. You can use a forcing bag or simply apply it with a spoon.
Tip1: If you do not have sour cream you can use yogurt with no taste ( make sure it is dry)
Tip2: You can decorate with some sprinkles or fruit you have at home. Last time I made them I used strawberry sprinkles and half a strawberry on each cupcake top.
Enjoy!
Great recipe! I recommend it!

ReplyDeletewhat do you mean by 4dl flour? Is it cups or ?
ReplyDeleteHello there, dl is deciliter, you might be able to convert it grams. I am not sure for cups but I think it is pretty much the same. Thank you for the question !
