55gr melted butter
1 ½ dl flour
1 tsp baking powder
55gr dark chocolate (or mixed dark and white)
powdered sugar for decoration
Set your oven on 190°C. Prepare 8 cupcake papers (normal size). Mix the butter, egg, sugar, baking powder, flour and cacao. After mixing them well put half of the dense mixture in the cupcake papers. Break the chocolate into 8 equal pieces and put one in each cup. Do not press them. Fill in with the rest of the mixture. Bake the cupcakes for 20 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar, serve warm.
Easy and tasty frosting for cupcakes
175 gr melted butter
6 dl powdered sugar
25 gr silver or gold decoration balls
Mix the butter and sugar until the mixture turns into a smooth compound. Fill it in a pipping bag with a star-shaped ending. Apply when your muffins are ready.
