Tasty Chocolate Cupcakes with Tangerine

What you need for app 12 cakes :
125 gr melted butter
1 1/2 dl sugar
2 eggs
2 dl flour
1/2 dl cocoa powder
1/2 tea spoon baking powder

For the topping
1 1/2 dl whipped cream
cacao powder,  grated chocolate and small pieces of tangerine
 for decoration

Step 1:
Set your oven to 175 C (or 350 F) Prepare 12 cupcake papers. Mix the flour, butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, baking powder in a bowl and mix well (preferably with an electric mixer) for about a minute. Divide the batter into the cupcake papers. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cakes raise and feel solid on top.
 Step 2:
Once you take them out let them to cool for at least 15 - 20 minutes. Using a whisk whip the cream until soft peaks from. Apply about two spoons of whipped cream on each cupcake. Dust some cocoa powder on. Now add some of the grated chocolate in the middle of the whipped cream. Finish up with two small (pealed) pieces of tangerine.

MinicheeseCupcakes with Chives

Perfect recipe that can be made in 20-25 minutes max. Work for breakfast or as a starter.

What you need for 20 cupcakes
3 1/4 dl flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
50 gr finely grated aged cheddar
4 spoons sliced chives
50 gr melted butter
7 spoons milk
1 whipped egg

Set your oven on 200 C . Prepare 20 cupcake papers. Pour flour, baking powder and salt in a  bowl. Stir in the cheese and chives. In another bowl whisk butter, milk and egg and then add to the bowl with dry ingredients. Divide in the cupcake papers and bake for 10-12 minutes or till the cupcakes rise and turn gold. You can serve them either warm or cold.
