Pink Chocolate Cupcakes

Baking time: 15minutes
Products for 12 cupcakes:
25gr dark chocolate on blocks
125 gr melted butter
1½ dl sugar
2½ flour
2 big eggs
2tbs cocoa
Frosting:
75gr melted butter 
3dl powdered sugar
food coloring (I used red) 
and other decoration you have at home



Set you oven on 180°C. Prepare 12 cupcake papers. Melt the chocolate in a fireproof dish with water in a saucepan. Mix together butter, flour, egg and cocoa in a big bowl. Add the melted chocolate. Divide the mixture into the cupcake papers. Bake for 15 minutes and when out let them cool somewhere cold. For the frosting: Mix the butter, powdered sugar and a few drops of food coloring in a bowl. You can use a forcing bag to apply the frosting or a butter knife. Decorate with small balls , sprinkles and glitter gel if you have.

  2. Thank you Mell! Let me know how did it go and don't forget the food coloring! I used small cupcake papers which means you can make more than 12 cupcakes. Good luck!
