Lets start!
Mix the egg whites together with the sugar until it becomes a thick fluffy mixture. Move it to the forcing bag and apply in any shapes you want on a baking tray (works perfectly with baking paper ) While applying make sure you leave some space between them (1cm or so). If you want to make them more colorful you can add some food coloring into the mixture. ( or divide it in two and make 2 colors! ) Lets start!
Set your oven on 110C and leave them in for one hour!

tip 1: you can use your imagination and apply some sprinkles just like we do it on cupcakes!) tip 2: if you like them a little soft in the middle let them be in the oven for 45 minutes instead of 1 hour
Enjoy!
